NEVER RENT FROM PRIME LEASE CAR RENTAL

l've rented a car from this company. First of all I did not get the car that I rented. It might be in the same category but it was old, banged up and worst of all smelling of smoke. I rented for a week, during that time I complained twice of the smell, well the rest whatever by the smell...First they did not answer then they said they would check if they had another car and then no answer.
It was only a week so | let it go. I had to extend for another 3 days. I informed them via Whatsapp no answer and they did not tell me the price. On the day of the return, they sent me the price. The price per day was more expensive than the price per day for 7 days. I asked for a discount. They don't answer and just ignore but they answer on other questions. Finally they said decision is with management, they tell me pay the other fees and I will get back to you.
Car has been retuned for a week. Did not hear back although I followed up. At this point I just want my deposit back. Kindly refund my deposit immediately or i will have to raise an official complaint.
