Secondly, when I attempt to upload proof of my card details in the account section, it states, "You are all up to date, we don’t need any details from you right now," and there is no option to upload any documents. I feel like I'm just going in circles for months whenever I try to use your platforms, so I might as well move on, as it seems you don’t value your customers.
