Since signing up, I have been unable to make a deposit, as it consistently shows "error prepaid card limit exceeded." Firstly, I do not possess a prepaid card. When I contacted support, they insisted that I exceeded my card limit of £2k without verifying and that I need to upload the front and back of my card. However, I haven't made any deposits on your platform, nor on your associated sites, and I certainly haven't approached that limit, especially with a new card that isn't even registered with you. Secondly, when I attempt to upload proof of my card details in the account section, it states, "You are all up to date, we don’t need any details from you right now," and there is no option to upload any documents. I feel like I'm just going in circles for months whenever I try to use your platforms, so I might as well move on, as it seems you don’t value your customers.
