I also received a inaccurate and false lending correspondence from this company. There was a document that appeared as a check that wasn’t real with a dollar amount that isn’t real in corresponding with my property. We just added a family member to title on our VA back loan. I’m assuming this business poach’s county records to see if they can get you to refi with them. I would never do business with any business that sends constantly inaccurate mailers with inaccurate information they tried to pull from public records that are not accurate I get a lot of junk mail from this company.
