The company makes many promises but does not keep them. I'm sick of seeing positive reviews knowing many people have had bad experiences. Let's see if my review stays up so the truth can be heard. The VIP service does not exist. Never saw my surgeon until he was stood in front of me as I was being put to sleep. 24hr care is not available, in the hospital you can text them 24hr and someone will come but that's not always possible after surgery. 24hr care at the hotel after? There were no carers there at all. And no follow up with the surgeon. Told would have 2 leak tests, had 1. Felt unsafe and alone but forced to put on a brave face so not to rock the boat. Who wants to cause a fuss after surgery when you're alone, vulnerable and in a foreign country.
