Review Time
I was hoping for a different outcome regarding the repayment of my deposit which has now been ongoing for a year. I had thought highly of Rhianne and to say I am deeply disappointed and saddened by her unprofessionalism is an understatement.
At Rhianne’s request I deleted previous negative reviews I had posted as Rhianne “promised” she would repay my refund. Yet, despite removing the reviews on more than one occasion throughout the year still no refund received. I have had to constantly chase Rhianne to respond to my messages / phone calls and been met with endless excuses, delays, issues, outright lies, false promises and dishonesty.
The unprofessionalism is now a matter of principle; how can you put your life, health and safety in the hands of a company and fully trust them when they totally contradict their own “Promise to you” on their website, as well as contradicting their very own vision statements of “we have your back” and are “ALWAYS honest and transparent in our dealings with our clientele”.
Do not trust this company with any financial transactions.

Do not trust this company!! They are refusing to give me my money back and have been nasty to me also ( this is the owner btw ) I told this woman my circumstances that my uncle has passed away and I could not make it over and she is still refusing to give me my money back! Won’t accept phone calls and been nasty to me! They have also done this to more women and also made fun of a poor lady by holding up her tummy and comparing it to a man’s stomach and posting selfies with this persons body part it’s disgusting. Please stay away and go with much safer company’s in turkey which won’t leave you botched or at a loss of money! She has causes so much stress for me with no consideration making me go back and forth to my bank with a fake reference number which my bank told me does not exist. The treatment you receive from them is appauling please avoid at all costs!!
Do not trust Rhianne the owner of this company! I paid over £5000 for surgery I was due to leave 6am for airport, night before at 5.30pm told I can’t book you in flight system not letting her, this is after weeks and days of requesting tickets so I can check in. Half hour later a voice message cancelling surgery due to surgeon hurting herself unable to operate! After wells of chasing and lack of communication I requested refund I had already lost £s due to airport parkjng, dog kennels, time off work. But things just didn’t add up. She said she could book me in 2 weeks time again this didn’t add up if surgeon had really hurt herself how would they know she would be able to operate??? They cancelled the surgery I was willing to go until all this delay and lies. This was 30/12/25 I am still waiting for refund!!!! Rhianne has promised 3xtimes money has been sent but no payment ref to track payment!!
Can not recommend prime enough! Rihanne is one of the most genuine lovely people and she works hard to grow the business she has. She was there for us from start to finish and always answered our calls, messages straight away. She is very professional, helpful and has built a really good business. None of the bad reviews are about Rihanne, I get it is daunting having any surgeries done but we can’t recommend her company enough!
We had the most amazing time with Rihanne at prime. She was always there for us, no matter what time of day just checking in and making sure we are both ok. If we needed anything she was there for us straight away. The hotel was immaculate, the food and the hotel staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Rihanne has grown and amazing company, please don’t be put off by bad reviews and these are no reflection on her company or herself. She is hard working, knowledgable and just a kind person!! I would highly recommend!! Thank you for everything!
I recently travelled to Turkey for my breast augmentation with Prime Health Concept, and honestly the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.From the moment I arrived, everything was organised perfectly. A person who goes by the names of Lauren Kaye or Lauren Evens is a fraudster. No qualifications, nothing. Just a spiteful selfish woman who cons vulnerable people into paying money into her personal bank account. Why is this company allowing it. Please research this company and you’ll see negative reviews from many people. The company itself has been reported, this woman can not get away with what she has and is continuing to do. Awful.
This company employs untrustworthy and corrupt people to drum up business. Yes I’m talking about Lauren Kaye. This woman scams people and lives on the proceeds. PHC together with Lauren Kaye jointly ran a giveaway for a surgical procedure. Did all the usual stuff of “all you need to do is like, comment, share” so gained a lot of engagement on the back of the giveaway. No one won it. They ‘claim’ it was drawn but there’s no proof anywhere and the link they provide is a dud. Lauren Kaye fundraises thousands but keeps it in her own bank account and uses it for herself. Lauren Kaye is a scammer and has committed genuine crimes but will deny it (of course). This woman is not the type of professional any company worth their weight would employ or associate with.
Their IVF specialist Lauren Kaye has no qualifications at all, when asked they said she had a ‘positive pregnancy’. This does not make you an ivf specialist PHC shame on you. But to allow this woman into the operating theatre whilst someone has a gastric sleeve, and even worse she is holding it and comparing it to a fish. AVOID
