I ordered a jacket as a Christmas gift on 11/30, and now on 12/13, I'm writing this after receiving a reply to my email inquiry. They mentioned it should ship in 3-4 business days, followed by another 4-5 business days for delivery. I'm quite disappointed, as it seems uncertain whether it will arrive before Christmas Eve, the date I intended to give it. I won't be buying from this service again.
