I ordered a sports jacket and when I received it, it was not the jacket I expected. I emailed them and they got back to me promptly, with multiple solutions for returning the item. In the meantime, I received a duty invoice from FedEx, which I brought to Primejackets' attention, and they agreed to pay it. They sent me an email saying payments were refunded and should be in my account within eight business days. I confirmed the payments on the same day with my credit card. The situation was handled professionally, promptly and to my satisfaction. I would have given them 5 stars but had to knock one off for not getting the correct item. I would definitely recommend them.
