Ordering process was good, finding products was very difficult with some products. Speed of forecast was brilliant. Driver turned up inside promised delivery time - sat outside the gate for 10 minutes - drove away- received e mail to say couldn’t deliver, order cancelled - would receive refund in 5 working days- no explaination- will never use it again!!
