Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give zero stars! My grocery order was cancelled twice in one day. The first time the deliverer called but barely gave me a chance to pick up the phone. The next minute I got a text saying my order was undeliverable. They promised my order would be delivered between 3-5, and I waited for it and then began to wonder when it was pasts 5 and still no groceries. I looked at my phone and a text said that my order was canceled. The person did not even bother to call to get directions. I called customer service and a woman named Jill flippantly said that the person had no phone or app to contact me. One of the chat people, Faieka, left the chat and the other one Nabeela was no help. I advise people to avoid Amazon UK Prime Now. They do not need to be in business.
