I am writing this review because my Prime Opinion account was blocked without warning, and my earned balance of over $10 has been withheld. I have completed numerous surveys honestly and followed all guidelines, yet I can no longer access the rewards I worked for.Despite sending several requests through the contact and help pages, I have received no explanation or assistance. What is most frustrating is that while I am blocked from my earnings, I continue to receive daily marketing notifications from Prime Opinion asking me to participate in new polls.I request a manual review of my account to either reinstate my access or allow me to withdraw my earned funds. It is highly unprofessional to withhold a user's earnings while simultaneously sending automated participation requests.
