I have completed numerous surveys honestly and followed all guidelines, yet I can no longer access the rewards I worked for.Despite sending several requests through the contact and help pages, I have received no explanation or assistance. What is most frustrating is that while I am blocked from my earnings, I continue to receive daily marketing notifications from Prime Opinion asking me to participate in new polls.I request a manual review of my account to either reinstate my access or allow me to withdraw my earned funds. It is highly unprofessional to withhold a user's earnings while simultaneously sending automated participation requests.

I am warning all users: Prime Opinion is engaging in deceptive practices and potentially unauthorized advertising. I completed the "Imperial Wins" offer for 1,714 points, which required a real money deposit and betting. Despite providing manual confirmation of completion, I faced a wall of generic scripts from agents Gloria, Joane, Anne, and Melissa.
The most disturbing findings:
- Unauthorized Offers: Upon contacting the advertiser (Imperial Wins) directly, they confirmed they have NO direct association with Prime Insights LLC. This proves Prime Opinion lists offers through obscure affiliate chains without the brand's consent, leading to deliberate "tracking failures."
- Retaliatory Blocking: The moment I presented legal evidence of my completion, my account was hit with a fake "Proxy/VPN detected" error during the live chat to silence me.
- Stalling Tactics: They hide behind a "72-hour waiting period" despite manual validation being available, a tactic shared by their sister sites EarnStar and TopSurveys to avoid payouts.
I have documented all chat transcripts and proof of my casino deposit. I will be filing a formal complaint with the FTC and EU Consumer Protection for misleading advertising and withholding of earned funds. Do not trust their "support" or their "offers."
Despite this warning, I can assure you that they do pay, but it's extremely unsafe to rely on these offers. If you actively try to use them, you'll end up discovering the same problem I did. Support won't help you; they'll just waste your time and compromise your personal information on unknown websites, including your money in casinos. I strongly recommend using other platforms or focusing solely on surveys if you want to avoid this.
Fake surveys that don't pay you. Half the time they disqualify you after 10 mins into the survey which is basically just a way to steal our data. Contacted support, they're useless, it's never their fault. And nothing will change. Avoid.
Edit : their reply is BS. I did the surveys in full, THEN they don't pay.
Level 34 currently, but this is it for me once I somehow actually get to the $5 threshold. The last month has been brutal for survey qualification; and there are far more Prime Opinion surveys showing up on places like Superpayme or Paidworks vs. Prime's official site which is asinine.

I played Magnet miner in which I got the rewards upto 600m instantly and after that when I reach 700m they didn't credit the rewards I try for support ticket they said Due to technical issue this and that we cannot track your progress But I send them proofs screenrecording, screenshot but still they didn't grant me the rewards. It has wasted my half of month so, don't play games in prime earn they are fraud, they are earning millions but cannot give some dollars to its users absolute scammer fraud
The game offers fail to track progress at higher levels, and when reaching out to the support team with evidence of level completion, they are unhelpful, claiming there is nothing they can do. It’s best to steer clear of this.
