I ordered my paint on November 7th, payment was taken (cheap, but not nothing). Given an estimated delivery date of *within* 10 working days, fine, but it's been 10 working days and I haven't even received a tracking number, never mind the paint. I've emailed customer service and not heard back yet - I understand delays happen but given over 100 pounds was taken from our account would expect better service. Would recommend spending the extra money and buying from the retailer as this delay is going to cost us the same getting the decoraters back in at a later date anyway...
