Waiting for my paint 15 days Emailed to ask for an update Got a reply saying it would be delivered a few days later Still waiting 15 daysDPD say they have my parcel details but do not yet have my parcel Went to contact primepaint and they don’t have a phone number which is dodgy Also Facebook account had been removed - extremely dodgy Absolute worst customer service ever I will be opening up an investigation with my bank and also have the right to cancel my order and full refund I will also contact trading standards Prime paint you should not be operating at you do not meet your deadlines and offer poor communication options
