The order process is easy and whilst the delivery times are long, that is made clear on the website and it is a small price to pay for the 20% discount on F&B. One of my paint cans did get lost in the post, but Primepaint have ordered me a replacement. The communication via email was responsive which I found nice. No waiting hours for a response! I have just placed another order. I debated about paying the extra somewhere else and getting it quicker, but I am not in a rush so it makes sense to get the discount.
