Ask them to do something simple like bid a new gardener and they come back with an inflated quote including all kinds of services you didn't ask for. Complain about their behaviour and you're being "rude and unprofessional" - am I on wages now? Ask them to write a letter to your neighbour asking them politely not to trespass "oh that's way beyond our contract scope*. Come back with more than one quote per bid... In your dreams. If you want to spend your life continually restating your instructions because they go off and do their own thing which isn't what you asked for then this is the company for you
