Prime property management gave me a first class experience recently when selling my flat in their block. Meeka Robinson went above and beyond acting quickly with providing paperwork for my flat sale 3 days early. Thank you Meeka you deserve this 5 star review.
Sorry to say lost faith in a company that does not communicate. I needed help in getting a pole out of the garage and someone to place a pole across my parking space after someone parked there on 24 November 2025. It was an urgent matter. Told manager but he left suddenly. Then I called before Christmas. No one got back to me. Called again in January. Another staff member was going to arrange this and I was going to pay for someone to do this as she was going to arrange it. Another staff member left. Nothing happened. I am sorry to say that it is a stalemate situation causing stress and anxiety.
I dealt with Meeka Robinson while I was acting for a client in a sale transaction. Throughout the matter, her communication was excellent. She was consistently responsive, addressed queries promptly, and ensured that correspondence was clear and constructive.
I have been trying to get an explanation from Prime about the extortionate increase in our Service charge since the beginning of January with no success. Our Property Managers change regularly with no explanation. When we started with Prime we had a good service but this has deteriorated rapidly. It is so disappointing
Prime PM have a plaster for every sore. Whether it's arguing they need 18 months to repay a budget surplus because "we have to wait for the accounts" (doesn't stop them raising money), not paying contractors because "they haven't submitted a public liability certificate", insisting you need a CAPEX report after you've told them you don't need a CAPEX report... Whatever the problem Prime are there to make it more difficult with Olympic levels if passive aggression. Ask them to do something simple like bid a new gardener and they come back with an inflated quote including all kinds of services you didn't ask for. Complain about their behaviour and you're being "rude and unprofessional" - am I on wages now? Ask them to write a letter to your neighbour asking them politely not to trespass "oh that's way beyond our contract scope*. Come back with more than one quote per bid... In your dreams. If you want to spend your life continually restating your instructions because they go off and do their own thing which isn't what you asked for then this is the company for you
