Although their team never claimed to be related to Amazon, I mistakenly thought they were due to the use of "Prime" in their name and a logo resembling Amazon's in their email signature. Their service aims to assist authors in preparing their books for KDP. However, Amazon does not charge for self-uploading, yet I was billed nearly $300 and faced upsell attempts ranging from $800 to $2,000. They did help with preparing my book, including making edits (which I noticed myself) and designing a cover. I halted the process when they requested my Amazon sign-in details and OTP code, fearing for my personal data and account security. I eventually adjusted my manuscript and uploaded it to KDP myself at no cost. It was straightforward, without any upselling. After posting this review, I received a threat from their lawyer within 24 hours, warning me of potential defamation claims to the Attorney General.
