I have spent close to $10,000 with this company: I have bought 2 Eddie edible printers. The second printer I bought has needed repairs ( have had printer less than a year)- I sent the printer in for repairs in November and the printer was sent back and the machine was still having the same issues. This is my busy season with baking so i am unable to send the printer back in for the exact same repairs: I am very frustrated by this experience, I expected more from a product that is a costly investment for my business.
