My flatmate and I have had a very negative experience with the agency. We moved out in July and still haven't received our deposit back. We agreed on deductions a week after moving out and have been following up with the agency for our money. They have repeatedly stated that we are a priority but have been slow to provide updates on our deposit and the reasons for the delays. Their handling of the situation has been unprofessional, and I am unsure if it's just the specific employee we've dealt with or if the entire agency is inadequate.
