We began our rental on December 20. The property had mold, and the promised repairs were never addressed. Additionally, the dishwasher, washing machine, and oven were all out of order. Now, 25 days later, these problems remain unresolved. Contacting our agency manager has only been possible through reporting, which has been quite frustrating. I cannot recommend this agency.

They attempted to deduct £320 for cleaning my apartment, and when I requested an invoice, I did not receive a proper one. I had to plead for nearly two weeks to get my deposit back. I was calling almost every day and emailing, yet never received a callback. The customer service was terrible.
The representative was very friendly, and the entire experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Any issues with the flat were resolved quickly, and the turnaround from viewing to signing the tenancy was fast. Overall, it was a good experience, and I am very pleased with the property.

I scheduled a flat viewing with this agency four days in advance and received a confirmation email promptly. They even called me four hours before the viewing to confirm. However, upon my arrival—after traveling a long distance—the viewing was canceled just 10 minutes before the appointment due to the tenant not accepting the booking. The agency failed to communicate this for four days. Canceling at the last minute is extremely disrespectful of my time and effort. This level of irresponsibility and poor communication is unacceptable. I do not recommend this agency.
