Review Time
This past week I received my copy of my book. I never considered myself a writer but I do journal and write down my dreams from time to time. I love to share life experiences with those around me and was encouraged to write them down. With the help of this professor my book was written and was approved. But getting it published with the doctor of early education took too long that looked for other ways getting my book published. Through a link on social media I received a call from Prime Seven Media. I shared my story and within a short time my book was launched. The whole process I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. I submitted a fully constructed version of my book that need a professional editor touch. I am so thankful that my dream came true.
I have enjoyed working with Prime Seven Media. Their staff are professional and fast to respond and support any requests. Being interviewed by Logan Crawford was a great pleasure and attending the Frankfurt International Book Fair was a tremendous experience. There are so many authors and books and it was a sincere pleasure to meet and collaborate with everyone!
I invested AUD 8,000 with Prime Seven Media after being promised publishing and creative support. Instead, I received nothing of what was agreed upon. My requests for the illustrations and deliverables I paid for have been ignored. Worse, additional money was taken from my account without my consent. When I tried to escalate my complaint, I discovered that this company is not legitimate and has a pattern of scamming vulnerable people. As a disabled pensioner, I believed in their promises because I wanted to invest in myself and my dream. Instead, I was exploited. I am demanding a refund, but I will also continue reporting this company to Scamwatch, ASIC, and consumer protection agencies. I am sharing my story so others don’t fall into the same trap. Do not trust Prime Seven Media.

It took me three years approximately to persuade me to take this step forwards in publishing, and I am a very analytical, person, who takes thorough, testing decisions. I actually was surprised they remembered my initial enquiry. This in itself shows a personal touch, unlike big companies who forget who you are. The process was really good, Luke was brilliant, very bubbly and certainly puts in the hours, from the times he touched base, given we are on an international time line. He explains well. The team was brilliant, in their work, the artistry, the composition, everything. They really do explain very well and guide you, also if you have a problem, they will listen and endeavor to sort it out. They know what they are doing, so you can trust them, which is very important in today's world. So if you are wanting to give publication a go, I would say, go for prime seven media, it's a well worth investment towards your dream, or the dream of a dear one, left as your task. I definitely believe they will guide you just like they guided me to their very best of abilities towards an excellent product and success.
