This makes it challenging to determine the best way to wash or care for them. While the product itself is satisfactory, the shopping experience could be enhanced. The website is not particularly mobile-friendly, which made browsing and ordering more complicated than necessary. Additionally, the communication regarding delivery needs improvement—there was minimal information or updates while my order was in transit. With clearer labeling, better mobile usability, and improved delivery communication, the overall experience would be significantly better.
