I recently received my bowling shirts and overall, they match the product photos on the website quite well. The fit appears to be true to size, which I appreciated. However, the shirts seem to be made from nylon or polyester, and unfortunately, there is no material information or care instructions provided on the tags. This makes it challenging to determine the best way to wash or care for them. While the product itself is satisfactory, the shopping experience could be enhanced. The website is not particularly mobile-friendly, which made browsing and ordering more complicated than necessary. Additionally, the communication regarding delivery needs improvement—there was minimal information or updates while my order was in transit. With clearer labeling, better mobile usability, and improved delivery communication, the overall experience would be significantly better.
The hold experience was great! Everyone at Primesty was fantastic they knew their product, answered all of our questions. They were helpful with sizing, placement of names and logo. We would order from them again, and again. Check them out they will do you right.
Dylan provided excellent customer service in the assistance with the ordering process and also provided a good line of communication by emailing to followed up with the customer. The order came in time for a scheduled event and the quality of product was impressive. Overall experience 10/10
