Returning customer...of many purchases, so that should provide an indication that I do rate this business very highly, the competitive pricing, the speed and reliability of delivery and their friendly "problem resolution"...a great team asset.
Now the only "little" negative in this review is the accuracy of the "stock holding"....this is only the second time where items I have ordered have not been in stock (though the website did not indicate that this was the case) and I am waiting a little longer than normal, not a deal breaker for me, just a "niggle".
So in the grand scheme of things, with only a couple of very minor "niggles" in over 10 years of using this company, they can supply the right quality tools at excellent prices and I would highly recommend using them to any professional engineer, mechanic or other tradesmen/women that when you require new tools, do seriously look at what they offer.
