I finally got into my account to cancel Prime Video. They wanted to verify via email as well as all the other verifications I went through. They verify again through code which you put through to log in, The worse was they send code 1- 1.5 hrs later in which its far to late to log in. This would go on for one hour each time. To make contact was just as useless. They don't answer at certain times, & when they do they disconnect you straight away. I couldn't even log in to cancel the subscription. I had to cancel my card. After almost 2 weeks of this BINGO they eventually got the message & sent email codes within 1/2 hour. By then I had just had enough not really trusting that they keep it that way. They do have great movies but the frustration of it all was not worth it. I know that many people go through this and eventually do cancel.
