Prime video and amazon do it to me again i paid for suscription with prime pay monthly paid last week but now tells me i never paid and i have to sighn up cant do that because already paid it did this to me before tried contacting amazon and prime but cant reach them keeps sending me to online forums no help what so ever cant contact them or anything went throught automated part thats no help dosent help me at all dosent have a clue it also keeps saying sighn up for subscription i already paid so sort it out now thats why i left a reveiw here cant reach them did to me once before not doing it again over it
AI for voiceover dub? I have in my entire life, never heard a dub so horribel and emotionless its insane, literally.Its not just emotionless, its not even close to being just okay ! The voices are flat, they don't fit the people, they do not match the mouth moving, does not match the situation, nor does it in any way fit the emotions displayed on screen.Its like an intern slapped the serie into an AI, had it make the voices, then shipped it without even controlling if it was fitting. The fact you even use AI to dub instead of actual people is a disgrace ! I hope animations companies start demanding AI voices are not used on their art. It ruins all the work THEY have done.I hope by all means, that if you keep using AI for voiceover dub, that you company does bankrupt. Thats for trying to save a penny or two on AI over real people.
Paid to go ad free, ads continue to appear.Customer Services asked for the last four digits of the credit card used. NEVER EVER provide this unless you enjoy being defrauded. I provided the order number given on the same day for an item purchased, it is all they need.At renewal I will cancel Prime. Amazon crashes the world and cannot manage a subscription to ad free. What a mess they are.
I finally got into my account to cancel Prime Video. They wanted to verify via email as well as all the other verifications I went through. They verify again through code which you put through to log in, The worse was they send code 1- 1.5 hrs later in which its far to late to log in. This would go on for one hour each time. To make contact was just as useless. They don't answer at certain times, & when they do they disconnect you straight away. I couldn't even log in to cancel the subscription. I had to cancel my card. After almost 2 weeks of this BINGO they eventually got the message & sent email codes within 1/2 hour. By then I had just had enough not really trusting that they keep it that way. They do have great movies but the frustration of it all was not worth it. I know that many people go through this and eventually do cancel.
