Cancelled my subscription 5 days into the 7 days free trial period. Primevideo then started to charge the monthly fee. Have written to them, talked to the UK office (who gave me a German phone number which did not work) and I have been hung up 2 times. So now they charge me and I cannot even access the content. How can a company be allowed to run with such (seemingly) deliberate policy???? Their email address (stated here at Trustpilot) isn't even active
