Poor Business Practices

I ordered two bracelets, but they only delivered one. Since the order was cash on delivery, payment was made before checking the package, and upon opening it, I found one was missing. I attempted to contact the support team via phone and message, but received no response. I also tried emailing with no reply. After multiple attempts with no feedback, this was a very disappointing experience. Please do not waste your money with this service; it was a total letdown. I am very upset with this experience.
