Internet quality is crap. 30% of the time I have no phone Internet and for streaming on tv it pauses for long periods of time. I had trouble from the first week and when I called in I could not understand the call taker because their English was terrible and he was unable to fix the problem. I have had to switch internet providers 3 times because service at most companies is garbage.Eventually I am kicking Primus to the curb as well.
