The employees all have such a heavy Indian accent I can barely understand them. They overcharged me because they are incompetent and now I have to wait 2 months for a refund and I am paying interest on my credit card on their mistake.The internet is horribly slow as well and I have only been with them a couple of months.Definitely will be looking for another provider. Not sure how you stay in business Primus.
