If there was an option to put ZERO stars, I would. I have experienced a nightmare with this company starting with the customer service ( Shima, Randa, and another guy who was turning on music very loudly and not hearing me clearly).Now, my second concern (the technician role)They kept giving me an installation schedule to connect internet, that technician kept canceling the schedule without any updates to us.This has been happening 3 times in 2 days!!!And I called Shima ( customer service) to reach the manger, she said ( no, it is invalid request)And it ended up with my installation being postponed 5 more business days without any wrong doing from my side.I am very disappointed from this unprofessional service 😒 PLEASE, BE AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
