I called today June 2, 2025, to inquire about my payments. I made payment of 100$ but I am now being told I owe $131. This payment not in effect. I spoke to adbo and he couldn't help me with this payment. I gave details when or where or how with reference number. He told me money went elsewhere. I called TD Bank to inquire, I was told money is with Primus. Payment made on 16th May and accepted on 17 may plus reference number. I called back to speak to Adbo but I was not given call to him. Except Mohamed took call and said same thing After investigation he found 100$ some where else. I asked him to speak to manager or supervisor call was not forward. I want the calls to be heard and it is very frustrating. No call forwarded. I called again and Admo picked call and said no payment made. I ask to speak to manager my call was not forwarded again third time. I am very frustrated and not helpful by both customer service representatives.
