Day one of waiting for the tech, he shows up when I was in my backyard and he’s already in his van trying to leave. I waved at him and said “are you with primus?” He says oh I already canceled your appointment. Right then is when I should have not gone any further with this company. Once when I was hooked up the internet was good for a few months, then it started cutting out. I’m the only one using this line. I phone to talk to tech, but the connection is spotty, and for some weird reason I’m cut off and listening to a robot in French. So I hung up and called right back and was left on hold until I could no longer be on the phone anymore. I am now currently looking into other providers.
