Customer service and billing department is horrible. I was hospitalized so my bill was paid 1 day late. 1 day. They have to "school" me because this is the 1st time it was late 1 day. So I am getting the finger wagged at me. Obviously we are not treated as humans that have legitimate reasons that we were unable to do "bill payments". Guess what we are humans and shit happens.So now I am treated like a "criminal" and no one but collections can deal with. Their customer service is not helpful as NO manager is on duty and they don't even tell you that the "office hours" is Eastern time. I had to confirm this.What a joke!
