The in-store experience is good, but the online services are lacking. I wouldn't recommend ordering online; just go to the store instead. I ordered something online, expecting it to be ready the next day, but that was not the case. It was a waste of time when I could have just gone to the store, bought it, and left. They're wasting time and patience; the service needs improvement.
