I brought some visitors to the local store and encountered extremely unfriendly staff. It wasn't just one person; everyone we met had a sour attitude. Yes, it was a Sunday, but if that’s a problem, perhaps another job would be better suited. The first employee didn’t let me finish asking for a windshield winter cover and directed me to wipers instead. The second staff member was slightly better but not very knowledgeable. I eventually found the item myself. The cashier was not only unfriendly but also rude. My visitors were taken aback by the disrespectful demeanor. We were hoping to shop for Christmas gifts but left early.
I had the pleasure of visiting the store for the first time this morning. An employee went above and beyond to help me find the right wheels for my dolly at the best price. Another staff member was patient and friendly. I appreciate the assistance from both.
I have shopped at this store even before it opened in my area and used to travel quite a distance to get there. It truly is 'the ultimate store for men.' I've never had any issues and can't understand the negative reviews. The products come with a solid guarantee, so it's hard to see why there aren't only positive reviews.

I ordered something online, expecting it to be ready the next day, but that was not the case. It was a waste of time when I could have just gone to the store, bought it, and left.
