Princess Auto .. Worst possible experience… Several and Every time !!!They advertised an item on sale Mar.12-Mar.24 . I went to London On. Store Friday Mar.13 . One day after sale started.. No item in stock I went for.I checked Online at that time they had 28 said sale item .. unfortunately they won’t sell that item online . So I checked other stores .. Kitchener , Brantford, Bolton,Mississauga and everywhere else I could google.. Today I was in Bolton and went to that Princess Auto location because website said they had it in stock.. Miserable employee explained that they did not have it and the whole time like I was an inconvenience interrupted her conversation with male employee .. pfft sorry … Not! .. then I proceeded to Mississauga location.. another Miserable employee.. every single princess auto employee I’ve dealt with is Miserable!!!… maybe they are treated like crappie just like they treat me .. Too bad if you’re that miserable don’t work with public!!!… So I’ve come to the conclusion Princess auto advertises a really good deal on something you’ve been waiting for Never intending to sell it but getting you in store to spend money on something else… which pretty much everyone does.. Good Scam !!! False advertising and Miserable employees!!!… by the way I never complain and have never written a bad review before this.. This was an absolute must!!!!
