I've been taken advantage of for the third time by this company! I had one bike left under their coverage. It wasn't expensive, but I had paid the full policy amount. I'm moving to a nearby location, and when I called to update my address, they claimed I owed an additional £68 in premiums, which translates to an extra £204 annually! I refused to pay this unjustified amount. They’ve now lost three policies from me in a year due to their attempts to overcharge. I paid in full, yet they said I still owed a small sum. Ultimately, I decided to let the policy run its course until expiration. I understand reasonable fees for changes, but these practices are unacceptable! In total, they’ve taken at least £400 for bikes they no longer cover! I plan to warn others about this company on every bike forum in the UK.
