A disappointing experience! I attempted to open a simple savings account, but my documents were rejected. After sending new ones, they accepted my passport but refused online banking statements! It feels like they're stuck in the past. In this day and age, this shouldn't be an issue. I will be taking my savings elsewhere to a more modern institution! Their customer service is also lacking—those on the phone seem unable to communicate effectively!
