A disappointing experience! I attempted to open a basic savings account, but they rejected my documents. I provided new ones, and while they accepted my passport, they do not accept online banking statements! It feels like they're stuck in the past! In today's world, this should not be an issue! I prefer to keep my savings with a more modern institution rather than one that seems outdated. And let's not even discuss their customer service! It's poor! The representatives on the phone struggle to communicate effectively!

The complete opposite of another institution I tried. With this company, opening and accessing accounts online was straightforward. The interest rates are competitive as well. I've called a few times and received prompt assistance from a helpful advisor. My attempts to open a regular savings account with the other company were frustratingly unsuccessful. They could learn a lot from this one regarding how easy it should be!
An extremely frustrating banking experience. I deposited money monthly but could never access it. I contacted customer support, received a reset code by mail, and yet my security answers were repeatedly rejected online. When I called to address my account issues, the representative simply suggested closing my account. Zero customer service skills from an institution that clearly doesn't know how to manage clients' funds.

Speaking with someone to give instructions was easier than doing it online. My nominated account was credited faster than I anticipated, and I was informed that a statement would be sent within two days. In fact, I received the document via email just a few hours after my request.
