I've been benefiting from the interest rates on regular savings accounts for several years now, all online without needing to contact anyone. I made a mistake with a reference number recently, but my money was returned the same day. I expect to receive a letter soon explaining the situation. Interestingly, there seems to be only one person responding to reviews. If it's the same individual managing the office, it's understandable why some interactions may be challenging. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, although I do agree a banking app would be a welcome addition.
