I provided new ones, and while they accepted my passport, they do not accept online banking statements! It feels like they're stuck in the past! In today's world, this should not be an issue! I prefer to keep my savings with a more modern institution rather than one that seems outdated. And let's not even discuss their customer service! It's poor! The representatives on the phone struggle to communicate effectively!
