My experience with Principle has been exceptional.. Rachel Morton and the team plus Tanya Shutt in accounts are all proffessional and pro active.. I have dealt with many agencies over time and I am very impressed with how principle pro actively solve issues and help where ever they can.. If ever I have things that need sorting they just get it done.. None of the other agencies are as good as them..

On Wednesday an electrician attended my flat which is 1 of 5 in a block. They found a serious issue in the communal areas and told me: Whilst carrying out your Electrical Safety Test at ******* we have noticed an IMMEDIATE DANGER TO LIFE.
An outside light at ground level has been broken, leaving single insulated cables and LIVE components
This light requires IMMEDIATE RECTIFICATION/MAKING SAFE.
The light can be found on the floor in the car park near the access to Flat 4.
I reported this to PEM as I was extremely concerned that my tenant was in danger. After 2 days and multiple calls they have not told me what is happening. Or communicated with me at all.
What will it take for them to engage? Someone to die?
Incompetent company
I want to acknowledge the remarkable performance of the property manager during my recent tenancy. She managed the apartment complex exceptionally well, addressing various challenges with care and understanding. Her prompt email responses and proactive communication were greatly appreciated. Anyone fortunate enough to have her managing their property is in excellent hands!
This company has the poorest service I've ever experienced. Even after I stopped owning a flat, they refuse to return my service charge direct debit. I've been trying to get a response for over six weeks with no acknowledgment or phone support. Truly a terrible experience.
It's unfortunate that I can't give them a lower score. This company has provided the worst customer service I've encountered. The main office is unresponsive, with requests sitting unanswered for days. The charges are exorbitant, and I have yet to receive last year's accounts. Complaints go ignored, and reaching anyone via phone is nearly impossible. I strongly advise against engaging with them.
The lift has been out of order for three months, forcing me to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Despite multiple reports, including one from a cleaner, there has been no resolution. Updates from other leaseholders have been more frequent than from the property manager. Additionally, the claim that all communal lighting issues are resolved seems incorrect as my corridor remains dark. The ongoing graffiti problem is also concerning, and I believe more could have been done to address it promptly.
