Please don’t fall for the 5 star reviews! The individuals working at PEM might be good honest people and they get people rating the individuals but the company itself are rotten to the core. They have been pushing our service charges higher and higher each year(£400pm) with minimal service delivery. Read the 1 star reviews and you will get a true reflection of what they are about!
