Such an easy website to navigate. I wanted an Order of Service and found an excellent range of styles. It was easy to personalise my choice and place the order. I was impressed that the company contacted me and gave me the chance to proof-read the document again before it went to print and the copies arrived as quickly as stated on the website. Thank you.
The Orders of Service for my Mother's Funeral arrived next day before 10am... still two more days before the service.I have to say they all look very pleasing.One of the eight post-out recipients has received theirs, I'm sure the others will too, so all seems good.Together we travelled a long way in the brief 23 hours following the initial email. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. I needed to get some Orders of Service booklets printed for my lovely Mum’s service. I was very anxious about getting everything right and Steph replied very quickly to my queries before placing my order. The process was extremely smooth, I was sent a PDF proof before they were printed so my mind was at rest that everything would look as I wanted it to and had faith they weren’t just blindly printed. I had a dispatch email the same day I placed the order and they arrived the next morning. They have turned out exactly as I wanted and were well packaged. The Memorial Booklet that was produced was amazing and lovely. Steph Podmore was truly sympathetic as I had recently lost my Mum and my mind was not working very well. Steph was so understanding about my situation. The printing was really good and next day delivery I was so impressed.
