I was really looking forward to having an introductory session scheduled with the service before entering my information for a trial or signing up. However, the session was unexpectedly cancelled on the same day, with no explanation or alternative appointment offered. I've tried reaching out, but no one has answered the phone, and there has been no follow-up. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm quite disappointed.

I discovered the 'free' option only after some investigation; I learned that if I didn't cancel after the 'free' period, I would incur charges. If you choose the free option and find a more suitable alternative, be sure to cancel. Not using the service should automatically lead to a cost-free cancellation. Thanks for the clarification.
