I ordered an item for a birthday gift over a month ago. I called customer service who checked with courier and said it was on the way but when I check the tracking tool nothing has changed in over a week. Now the birthday has come and gone and I no longer want the item. Will call again to see of this can be cancelled. Ridiculous that It hasn't arrived after a month!!!! I will never order from Printblur again
