If you don't save every exact detail of your order dont expect any help from these people, if/when they get it wrong (which they absolutely will) I would absolutely never, ever order anything from them again! PS it's a Chinese company!! Buy American!
I ordered an item for a birthday gift over a month ago. I called customer service who checked with courier and said it was on the way but when I check the tracking tool nothing has changed in over a week. Now the birthday has come and gone and I no longer want the item. Will call again to see of this can be cancelled. Ridiculous that It hasn't arrived after a month!!!! I will never order from Printblur again

Made multiple orders. Most arrived within a couple of weeks. One, however, took nearly a month and was difficult to track. But I finally got it today, so all good now.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I ordered two posters but only received one. The customer service is awful; they do not respond to any of the support tickets submitted for assistance. Seriously, consider sourcing your products from a different business. Their operations are based overseas, making it impossible to contact them by phone.
This service requires investigation by federal authorities. It's outright theft! Check the reviews, particularly on various platforms. I experienced the same issue. I ordered a customized shirt back in November, and it was never delivered, nor do they reply to my emails. I'm considering contacting government officials. They often respond with the usual "we apologize for the inconvenience..." hoping that people will think they genuinely care. However, I've shared my order details multiple times with their support team over several days, and I've yet to receive a single response! All I get is an automated reply stating, "Your issue #70127 | Where is my order! is currently being addressed by our team." So, don't be fooled by the generic responses they provide. It's fraudulent.
I would honestly give zero stars if possible! Be cautious with this company! I measured my four pieces of luggage and ordered covers based on their size chart. Two of them are enormous and do not fit at all. The image quality is quite blurry and nearly unreadable, and the fabric quality is extremely poor. One of the seams even has a hole. The items ship from overseas, resulting in a long wait time—over six weeks for delivery. I initiated a return over three weeks ago and have yet to receive any response from the support team. I'm just going to give these items away. I will never shop with this seller again. If you choose to give them a try, make sure to order well in advance and thoroughly read their return policy, understanding that they will likely do everything possible to avoid refunds or exchanges.
I ordered a youth medium, but over a month after receiving an email stating my order was delivered, I got an ultra large men's jersey instead. The quality was poor, which matched the low price. I wasn't expecting much, but the sizing was ridiculous and the delivery took far too long.
I purchased a blanket featuring a popular character as a Christmas gift. It took a bit longer than I anticipated, which made me a bit anxious with the holiday approaching. I ordered it on December 2nd, but thankfully it arrived in time. The personalization was a lovely touch, and the design was visually striking. The recipient adored it. While the blanket is on the thinner side, it’s a lovely option for a personalized present. I would definitely order again.
The clothing is incredibly thin, definitely not worth the money! They misled me about the shipping timeframe, which was supposed to be 4 to 7 business days, but it actually took a month to arrive. The leggings are so sheer that they're see-through, and they aren't even sewn properly. I want a refund!
