Utterly disappointing experience from beginning to end. The service was unacceptable, and the support team was even worse. I ordered a banner for my business that was meant to arrive on December 5th, but it didn’t show up until after hours and was then taken away—only to be redelivered a week later! We urgently needed it for an event that week, but when it finally arrived, it was completely the wrong item. To add to the frustration, customer service showed no concern—no compensation, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I will never use this service again.
